Guitar hero 3 PC or 360??

I cant decide.... On the PC i will be able to download player made songs, and i have a decent set of speakers (5.1) but i dont think the guitar is wireless. On the 360 the guitar is wireless, and HD + 5.2 sound system, but i cant download songs for free. I dont know when GH3 will be coming to the pc though, and will the pc guitar work with the 360? what do u guys think.
