Assasin's Creed Troubles?

''The PS3 version is as good as the 360 version. We've been showing the PS3 version at E3 this year, but we've done a lot of events and it's just easier for us and for people from the press to have a 360. But the versions are the same, basically,'' he said.He added: ''Both have their own challenges. Right now we have a big challenge on the 360 to make it fit on a DVD, to put five languages, to put all the data on eight gigs. On the Blu-ray side we're really good, but then the memory is quite different. How we handle memory is really different between the two machines and we're struggling right now on the PS3. But we have people who are really dedicated and we're having help from Microsoft on one side and Sony on the other side to have the same quality on both systems. It really depends on the week basically as to who's best.''
They better have the good sense to delay this game until it is running right.Assasin's Creed Troubles?
Watch them delay the PS3 version, why not everyone else is doing it. (Yes I am bitter) :PAssasin's Creed Troubles?
Well, since it started out as a PS3 exclusive, I'm assuming what they are saying is true (based on the assumption that AC is native to the PS3).I've lost a little faith in Ubisoft over the last couple of years, so for me, I don't have high hopes but will be happy to be pleasantly surprised.
I've heard it was cause of languages. Rrag please tell me what are they besides english!

O RLY?  I hadn't noticed!
I hope they launch at the same time, but who can tell?  It seems a little silly that they are putting 8 languages on the 360 DVD.  I know that is good news for our European friends as it means that the game is probably region free, but it still seems like an odd thing to cling to if you are short on space.
They delayed the pc version first but at least to make the game right because we don't need a buggy one. I don't really care about PS3 and 360 versions

I don't know actually... I would assume English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and three other languages that I can't think of.  Do games get localized for Russia fairly quick?  I'b be surprised if they have a Japanese localization ready to go, but who knows...

Original Story:SINAN, Leader of the Assassins, offers our hero an opportunity to redeem himself. Altair must venture out into the Holy Land and assassinate men said to be exacerbating and exploiting the hostilities created by the Third Crusade. In doing so, he will stabilize the region, allowing Sinan to usher in an age of peace. Translated:Sinan,Headcheese of the Assassins, offers our hero a go to come through. Altair must go bush out into woop woop and cark these shonky yobbos said to be stuffing up everything that was initially stirred up by the Third Crusade. In doing so, he will set the region straight, allowing Sinan to rage on mate.

I'm getting the PC verison anyway so I don't care...
I'm getting the PC verison anyway so I don't care...
Really? Awesome! We can all rest easy, no doubt sleeping better at night knowing that you're getting the PC version.Anyway, if they delay the 360 version just to add 8 languages it will be incredibly stupid, and more than likely a phony excuse to cover up the real reason. Selling it during a less quality game-crowded month? Catering to Sony which certainly doesn't want yet another game released after the 360 version? Something - needing 8 language tracks is ridiculous.

I agree... 8 languages is just a little silly, unless they are trying to save money by manufacturing a disc that works in most countries.  That said, I'll be happy to have one less 'must-have' game in Novemeber if they delay it.
