Your own musical instruments? Like you can maybe hook up this microphone which you can them attach to your trumpet, drumset, trombone, or whatever instrument you have? It sounds like an awesome game idea. I can imagine playing over Xbox live or something and playing songs with people anywhere, and create bands over the internet. What do you guys think? Way too complicated.Software that allows you to do that (for actual music editing) tends to run several hundreds or even thousands of dollars, due to its complexity. And what you're pretty much asking is for game develoeprs to do nearly the same, do interpretation with setups that are far less than ideal for music creation, on top of designing a fun game? yeah.... not gonna happen.Kinda the same reason why theres almost no game out there with voice recognition, and the few that are have a fairly limited set of commands.Wouldn't that be cool if there was a Guitar Hero-like game where you can use....
It would be cool. I'd love to plug my Les Paul in and play away on that. Sounds a bit unfeasible thought. Rock band is about the closest you're gonna get to that I'm afraid...looks frigging awesome though
